I'm a foreigner,I don't speak Dutch but I speak English. Can I attend.
Sure I think they speak English there. A lot of tourists pass through here. And most of the dishes are in English as well so you won't need a different menu card. Enjoy your meal! By the way, the hamburger is amazing!
